Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These terms apply to the DSTORE11 website. DSTORE11 is registered as of April 13, 2023 and is located at 896 Florida Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34743, United States.

Product information and enquiries

The website displays household products, USD prices, customer accounts, a cart and a checkout page. Product images are AI-generated illustrations of proposed products; the DSTORE11 box is a packaging concept. A displayed item is not a guarantee of stock, supplied material, pack quantity or manufacturing origin. Confirm the exact supplied item, specification, availability and delivery options before ordering. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may be updated before an order is placed.

The cart stores selected products and quantities using WooCommerce session cookies. Adding items or entering checkout details does not reserve stock, place an order or collect payment.

Ordering and payment

Checkout is available for reviewing products and account details. Payment collection and order submission are currently unavailable while the payment provider is connected. We will confirm the products, availability, pricing, applicable charges and any order arrangements before asking you to agree to an order. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment details by email or phone. Any future online payment provider will be identified when that service is introduced.

Product suitability

Use products only as directed by their supplied instructions. Materials, care, surface compatibility and any food-contact suitability must be verified against the supplied item. This catalog does not promise a food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, antibacterial, environmental or other certification.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Read our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. These terms do not remove rights required by applicable law.

Marketplace purchases

A purchase made through Walmart is governed by the terms, product details and order-specific delivery and return process on Walmart. Use the contact and return tools provided with that purchase. This website does not claim Walmart approval or replace the marketplace’s process.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit information you are not entitled to provide. Contact us about any incorrect product or business information so it can be reviewed.
